Delivery Costs & Time

Delivery charges are £3 per order, or free above £50. Estimated delivery time on all orders is 1-4 working days using Royal Mail as the courier.

 

Returns

Buyers can return items for up to 30 working days after purchase, with return postage payable by the buyer.

 

Cancelaltion

The buyer has the right to cancel an order for a full refund without giving any reason prior to dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch is not possible and requires a return, if desired.

 

Amending Orders

The buyer can contact us at admin@greengeckogaming.com to request an order to be amended prior to dispatch. Amending an order after it has been marked as dispatched is not possible.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive with you in a reasonable timeframe (7-14 working days if the delivery seems to be delayed), please let us know so we can investigate and take appropriate action. If you have selected the wrong delivery address and the shipment is returned to us, you are liable to pay the shipping fee again (even if it was previously free) to arrange for a re-delivery to the correct address. If the order is not returned to us, you are not eligible for a refund if the shipment gets delivered to an incorrect address, though we recommend just reaching out to the new tenant/owner of the property to see if you can just pick up the order from there or have it forwarded.
